Domestic Shipping: Shipping within the United States typically takes 3–7 business days via standard shipping. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide! Delivery times vary by country and destination, usually 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs or import duties.

Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor its journey.

Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free domestic shipping is available for orders over $150.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to feel confident and inspired in every JLEUNAMME piece. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, our return policy makes it easy to exchange or return items.

Eligibility: Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached.

How to Return: Visit our Returns & Exchanges page, fill out the form, and follow the instructions for sending your items back.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges: If you’d like a different size, color, or style, simply indicate your preference when filling out the return form. Exchanges are processed as soon as your returned items are received.
